Exercise Testing
We should have a spot for this, too. What do you do? Treadmill? Bike? What equipment do you use?
We've now had our MedGraphics system for ~2-3 months. I think the hardware works well. I am less impressed with the software - we have a report format that seems to change spontaneously, and the technical support folks couldn't correct it. They suggested creating a bunch of different report formats and one of them should look correct!
Next, we learned that our "multi-user database" license allowed us to put the SQL database on a server, but (a) only one user can access the database at a time, and (b) the license didn't include *any* review station installations (at ~$1500 apiece). This pricing strategy is excessive and disappointing to me (reminding me of SensorMedics, and very different than from Morgan for our PFT software).
We just replaced our older SensorMedics system with MedGraphics/BreezeSuite and Mortara EKG system. So far, I'm not wowed.
